To start a return, please login into the website and view your Order History. View the order which contains the item or items you wish to return. Then select the items you wish to return and hit the Return Items button.

Return Policy
At DyersOnline.com you have 30 days from time of shipment to return an item for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and you, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping charges to DyersOnline.com. Similar to your local brick and mortar RV store, they would not reimburse you for your time, gas, or wear and tear on your automobile. All non-defective returns are subject to a minimum $5.00 restocking/handling charge or a 10% restocking/handling charge.
If an item is defective within 30 days from time of shipment you may return it to DyersOnline.com for an exchange. After 30 days, the item falls under the manufacturs warranty and you must contact the manufacture for repair/replacement. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping charges to send the item back to DyersOnline.com. Once DyersOnline.com receives the defective item, DyersOnline.com will promptly ship out a replacement at no charge to you. If you wish to do a cross ship then you must place a new order for the same item and contact DyersOnline.com for a return shipping label. Upon receiving the item DyersOnline.com will inspect the item and credit your credit card accordingly. DyersOnline.com reserves the right to determine if an item is defective or not. Any item deemed non-defective will be charged for shipping both ways and incur the $5.00 or 10% restocking/handling charge.
All returns require authorization from DyersOnline.com. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) written on the outside of the package. Merchandise must be in the original packaging and be in a resalable "as new" condition.
Order Cancellation
Cancelled orders that have not already shipped are subject to a $10 service fee. Cancelled orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned which falls under the return policy.
Refused Shipments
All refused shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and no credit will be given for shipping charges. NO EXCEPTIONS!
