must follow the steps below to return/exchange items.

Email rma@dyersonline.com with
your order number, code for each item (Both can be found on your confirmation
email.) and a short description as to why your wish to return the items. The
RMA department will then give you a RMA number.
2.
Package the items securely into a box.
3.
Complete this form completely and enclose it in the box. Please
print and use ink.
4.
Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Any package
that does not have a RMA number that is clearly visible at first glance will be
refused.
5.
